The quality of the video and audio is high, and it has an option for downloading previous video meetings.

Cons

Zoom is easy to use during meetings but some users wish it would be easier to schedule the meetings. Sub account management is tedious for some, while others encounter problems due to hardware incompatibility, particularly with Chromebook.
