Content: Modern Business Management is divided into an introduction and 9 chapters. It starts with clarifying misconceptions about Agile, and proceeds from explaining what it is, from its beginnings in software development, to its other applications, all for the purpose of creating value, or removing whatever that prevents the creation of value.
