  • Insightly’s free-forever plan offers basic features but is limited to 2 users. It is available by request after the end of the trial period.
  • The Plus plan at $29 per user, per month, billed annually includes the core CRM features of a 100,000 record limit, 10GB of file storage, 25,000 records per import, and 2500 mass emails per day. The Plus plan also includes lead management, email templates, and a Kanban view for pipeline management. Other features include contact management, opportunity management, task management, project tracking, mobile apps, dashboards, and custom reports. It also integrates with Google, MS 365, PandaDoc, QBO, and Xero.
  • The Professional plan at $49 per user, per month, billed annually includes a 250,000 record limit, 100GB of file storage, 50,000 records per import, and 5000 mass emails per day. The Professional plan offers everything in the Plus plan, as well as lead assignment and routing, custom queues, 100 custom insight cards, unlimited role-based permissions, custom page layouts, webhooks, workflow automation, and AppConnect integration.
  • The Enterprise plan, priced at $99 per user per month (billed annually) includes unlimited records, unlimited file storage, and 10,000 mass emails daily. It has all Professional plan features, plus unlimited real-time insight cards, audit logging, field-based permissions, calculated fields, products, price books, quotes, custom validation rules, and SAML SCIM SSO.

The Insightly All-in-One suite includes CRM, Marketing, Service, and the AppConnect bundle, with price starting at $349 per month, billed annually.

Company Info

Insightly Inc., is a privately held software company with head office in San Francisco. It was founded in 2009 by Anthony Smith in Perth, Australia. After identifying a need for a CRM solution focused on small businesses, Smith built the first version of the CRM software as a Google Apps integration. After relocating to San Francisco in 2012 and receiving funding from investors, the company began developing Insightly as an independent CRM tool outside of the Google Apps platform.
